We only collect personal data that is necessary to run our business:

  • Name, company, job title, email address and phone number of producers, filmmakers, co-investors, suppliers and professional advisers.
  • Correspondence and materials you send us (project briefs, decks, cuts, contracts).
  • Invoicing, payment and tax information for counterparties and contractors.
  • Basic technical information from visitors to this website (see the Cookies policy).

Why we process it

  • To evaluate and participate in film and television financing under a contract.
  • To invoice, process payments and keep accounting records required by law.
  • To respond to enquiries, pitches and industry correspondence.
  • To operate this website securely.

Lawful basis

We rely on contract (where we are working together on a project), legal obligation (for tax and accounting) and legitimate interests (running our business and keeping you informed about the projects we are working on together). We do not sell personal data and we do not operate an advertising network.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as accountants, IT hosts, payroll and our bank. We do not share your data with advertising or analytics partners.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as we have a live relationship with you, and afterwards for the periods required by law (typically seven years for financial records).
